KeyShot is a product-visualization suite centered on KeyShot Studio, a real-time 3D rendering and animation application. It helps design, engineering and marketing teams turn CAD models into materials studies, presentations and product imagery.
What it does Import CAD geometry, apply materials and lighting, arrange cameras and preview ray-traced results. Create turntables, exploded views and product animations, then export images or interactive 3D assets. Studio runs on Windows and macOS; rendering performance depends on supported hardware. Local AI tools add restyling, backgrounds and image edits, but generated details still need checking. Cloud/network rendering, VR and digital asset management extend the workflow.

Their story KeyShot originated at Luxion, founded in 2003 by Claus and Henrik Wann Jensen. Luxion and digital-asset-management company Digizuite united under the KeyShot brand in 2024, and the renderer became KeyShot Studio. The broader suite aims to connect product visualization with the management and distribution of finished assets.
