Miro is a collaborative visual workspace for planning, workshops and product development. Its shared canvas combines whiteboarding with structured documents, diagrams and AI-assisted workflows.
What it does Teams can brainstorm with sticky notes, map customer journeys, build diagrams, organize roadmaps and create prototypes. Docs, tables, slides and Kanban views keep different work formats together. Timers, voting and recorded Talktracks support live and asynchronous collaboration. AI can summarize material and generate content; workflow agents, integrations and MCP connect the canvas with other tools. Business adds multiple workspaces, signed-in guests, two-way integrations and SSO; Enterprise adds stronger governance.
